01
What the check looks at
Nine places a Malaysian business quietly loses money, each costed against your own numbers rather than an industry average. Nothing here needs a login: it is all what a customer looking you up would see.
- 01
Calls nobody answered
Every missed call is a customer who called a competitor next. Costed against how often your phone actually rings.
- 02
Messages after closing
Most enquiries arrive when the shop is shut. What happens to them between closing and opening is a number.
- 03
Replies that came too late
The business that answers first usually wins the booking. Minutes matter more than price at this stage.
- 04
No-shows nobody chased
A booking without a reminder is a coin flip. This is what the empty slots cost you.
- 05
A feed that went quiet
Posting stopped and reach followed. The gap between your cadence and your category's is a figure.
- 06
Promotions nobody was told about
A promotion that only the people already in the shop hear about is a discount, not a campaign.
- 07
Comments left hanging
Public questions with no public answer read as a closed business to everyone else scrolling.
- 08
No way to book online
If booking means calling during office hours, everyone who cannot call is lost.
- 09
Reviews you never asked for
Reviews are the cheapest advertising there is, and most businesses simply never ask.
02
How it works
- 1
Find your business
Type the name as it appears on Google. Pick it from the list.
- 2
Claim it
Your work email and mobile number. A four digit code goes to the email to prove it is yours.
- 3
Read the report
Nine leaks, costed. Every figure opens to show the arithmetic behind it, including what was measured and what was estimated.
03
Questions people ask first
Is this really free?
Yes, and there is no card. The check exists so that businesses which recognise themselves in it come and talk to us about Watson.
Where do the numbers come from?
Your Google Business listing, your opening hours, your website and your public social accounts, combined with benchmarks for your category. Every figure in the report opens to show its own arithmetic, and says whether it was measured from your data or estimated from your category.
Are these figures my actual accounts?
No. They are estimates built from public data, and the report says so. They are meant to show you where to look, not to restate your books.
Do you log in to anything of mine?
No. Everything read is what any customer looking you up can already see.
What happens to my email and phone number?
They are used to verify you represent the business, to send you the report, and to talk to you about Watson. Nothing else, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
How long does the report last?
Seven days, then it is deleted automatically. Ask us and we will remove it sooner.
Can anyone else see my report?
Only someone you send the link to. The page is not indexed by search engines and it is not listed anywhere.
