Privacy and PDPA notice
Business Vitality Check is operated by AlphaSquad, the makers of Watson (watson.my).
What we collect
Two things you type: your work email address and your mobile number. Nothing else about you. We do not use an email address found on a business's own website or listing; only the address you enter yourself is ever contacted.
What we read about the business
Only what is already public: its Google Business listing, its opening hours, its website, and its public social accounts. We do not log in to anything, and we read nothing that is not visible to any customer looking the business up.
Why we hold it
To verify that the person asking for a report represents the business, to send you the report, and to contact you about Watson. Claiming a business is your consent to that contact. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing the address below.
How long
The report itself is deleted seven days after it is generated, automatically. Your contact details are held while we are in touch with you about Watson, and removed on request.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside AlphaSquad. The report page is not indexed by search engines and is not listed anywhere, so only someone you send the link to can open it.
The report is not advice
Every figure is an estimate built from public data and category benchmarks, and each one shows its arithmetic. It is not a statement of a business's actual accounts.
Removal
If you own or represent a business and want its report taken down, email hello@watson.my and we will remove it. No form, no conditions.
